Welcome to B600 Helping Hands

A friendly helping hand when you need it most

Do you live away from your elderly parents and want the reassurance that someone is checking in on them regularly?

Do you live alone and need a little extra help with day-to-day tasks? Perhaps you're feeling isolated and would appreciate some companionship.

At Helping Hands, we provide practical support and friendly assistance to make everyday life easier.

How We Can Help

We can assist with a variety of everyday tasks, including:

  • Arranging transport to GP, dentist and other appointments

  • Collecting prescriptions and essential shopping

  • Providing home-cooked meals

  • Helping you get out and about to meet friends or enjoy social activities

  • General housekeeping and household support

  • Light gardening

  • Regular wellbeing visits and friendly check-ins

  • Daily pop-ins to make sure you've had breakfast, lunch or dinner

  • Respite for carers: if you need a break to pop to the shops or have some time to yourself, we're happy to step in and give you that extra help

We're available 7 days a week and only a phone call away: [phone number]
